![]() It drives me nutsĭoes anyone have any fixes for these issues? Am I just off my rocker here and 8 is way better? I just can't see why 8 is a better version than 7. In 8 they are taking a auto-complete search bar approach, which only surfaces 8 results, and So for a google account where I at least have like 40 of those between work and personal, I am always, always clicking to expand the search. Search behavior is terrible On 7, if you typed google, you could see all the results below. ![]() It will only work on one browser - the first one it's activated on. 7 worked just fine across Chrome and Firefox, but 8 just will not sync. ![]() The only remedy is to close the app and never select another vault, if I want to be searching across vaults (which I always do). When it's pulled up and I switch workspaces, which is often, it pops up and flashes in front of all windows and then disappears every time I switch workspace.įor some reason once I've switched vaults, it will always go back to that one vault, even if I switch again. This interface clunkiness appears in-browser as well, often making web interfaces illegible. Scaling the interface creates a weird font aliasing issue the crunchifies all text making it less legible. Information is cut off, everywhere, making it impossible to see anything really. The interface is just too chunky for lack of a better word - I just can't believe that the team isn't using it like this. I can't imagine they would have released 8 like this, so maybe I am doing something wrong? I'm stating these here in case someone knows how to fix them. Here are some gamebreaking bugs/quirks for me on 8. I use a lot of power-user features, like MacOS's workspaces, etc, and I use multiple browsers (personal, work). I've tried installing 8 twice now, and it feels like a hot mess. 1password v7 has a few quirks but nothing that interrupts work flow for me.
